This story is about how handsome prince Siddhartha turned into enlightened Buddha.

Prince Siddhartha at his young age lived in high comfort and riches, love and respect but he was still not content.

One night the prince abandoned his family. Exchanging his royal robes for a begging bowl, his luxurious palace for the shade of trees, Siddhartha lived the life of an ascetic to seek the ultimate truth about life and suffering.

The part was not easy for anyone to get enlightened; he too tried and tried a lot of methods. His search led him to enlightenment and he became Buddha – the Awakened One.
