A monster or an advanced type of submarine?

This question keeps bothering the sailors and keeping them up at night. A large figure, believed to be a monster or a defence submarine being reported and seen by many ships was creating many stories and theories . But all governments kept refusing that they didn’t have any defence submarine that could pierce even the hardest sheets of iron in ships as many of them were fatally damaged.

Professor Aronaux, an assistant professor in the museum of natural history in Paris is invited to the expedition with his servant Conseil. It hadn’t been much time since disastrous events started happening on the ship.

What was that figure? Was it a monster? A submarine? And will the ship crew be able to conclude that what was it?

There are many adventures further in this novel revealing it. I would rate this novel a five stars as this novel gives us information about sea creatures and machineries of boats ships etc.
