Maoo and the Moustaches
My book is called Maoo and the Moustaches by Arunima Chatterjee.
I like cats and this book is about a cat. Maoo is a cute kitten and his owner is called Urmi. One day when Urmi and Maoo are playing, Murali mama came to visit. Maoo got scared of Murali mama’s moustache and ran away.
Maoo saw some people sitting outside. When that uncle picked up Maoo, Maoo got scared again. That uncle also had a white moustache. So Maoo ran away again.
Then after that Maoo saw many uncles with moustaches and ran away. Then Maoo saw two cats. They also had moustaches. They said to Maoo “You have it too.”
Maoo realized he had whiskers and it was not scary. Then Urmi found him and took him home. On the way he saw many people with moustaches.
My favourite part was the page with all the people with moustaches. There are two aunties and a grandmother with moustache on that page. It was so funny.
I enjoyed reading Maoo and the Moustaches. You should read this book. The pictures are funny.
