I read books every day. My mother got me this book, Hungry to play, and it is one of my favorites. I’ll tell you why I liked it.
This book is about Kabir & his love for tennis. Kabir has a younger sister Mira. He is mad about Mira as she is the good kid of the family. Kabir can not think anything but, tennis. He has a Tennis Tournament at school against Neel, who is a bully. They don’t like each other at all. Kapil badly wants to win this match against Neel. He practiced hard every day for the match. But, Kabir gets hurt just before the match. Will Kabir be able to play the match and win it?? Read this funny and interesting book to find out. I loved Kabir as he is very funny, intelligent, strong and he never gives up. You will like Kabir and Mira’s quarrels. I did not like Neel he is a bad boy. He keeps pulling Kabir’s leg. The characters in the book had both good & bad people. It was good to know how Kabir faced everything.
Anyone who loves sports will enjoy this book. I enjoyed reading this book very much. You should read it too.
