The Little Parrot and The Angel’s Tears

Hello Friends, my name Is Akshaya Krishnan and I am going to present the review on the book “The Little Parrot and The Angel’s Tears”.

The book by Anu Narasimhan is exciting and informative. The book is made for entertaining kids like me and many more around the world. The setting of the story is a dense forest where the main characters are an elephant, a deer, a rabbit, and an intelligent little parrot. The genre of the book I read is fantasy.

I recommend this book to children my age because this book has an all-rounded advantage of improving imagination, strengthening reading & also improves grammar skills. It also had many curious words which introduced a new dimension of learning in me. Overall, this book was useful to me as I learnt a lot of grammar and moral values.

My favourite character of the story ‘’The Little parrot and the Angel’s Tears” is the little parrot. Although being tiny compared to other animals, he helped his friends on the face of a threatening forest fire.

Some of the moral values I learnt while reading this book Are “Never Judge A Book By Its Cover” and “Big Things Have Small Beginnings” and so on. The parrot’s tale gives out a message that “However You Are Oppressed, In Any Way, Never Do Harm To Anyone Or Anything”.

I would like to conclude this review by emphasising that this book is a pearl of knowledge and I will 100% recommend  it for kids my age.
