  1. Talk to a therapist, trusted adults, teachers, or friends
  2. Take a walk
  3. Draw
  4. Write about what makes you feel stressed
  5. Listen to your favorite music

What makes you feel stressed and anxious?

There are a lot of things that can make you feel SAD (Stress, anxiety, and depression). For example, I am feeling dull since the pandemic started because there’s nothing I can do except stay inside the house the whole time. I can’t meet my friends, I can’t go out, or visit my distant families. Everybody is going through the same problem right now.

I do some art and crafts to keep myself busy such as painting, paper craft, design clothes, and design my room. I really enjoy decorating rooms. Everyone in the family thinks my room is very cheerful.

When you feel SAD, hurting yourself is not the solution. There’s always a solution to a problem. If you hurt yourself, it leaves a big impact on the people around you too. Never feel shy or embarrassed to ask for help. You can always count on me!
